Screen Printing & Digital Printing
SCREEN PRINTING
Visual Workwear offer their customers a full screen printing service, screen printing involves pressing ink through a special fine mesh screen (or stencils) which applies the ink in precise locations based on the design. Multiple layers of colour are then built up to create a highly detailed, near-full colour image.
With screen printing their is a set up fee for each screen/stencil per colour.
Screen printing works out cheaper the more qty's are required.
Artwork sample proofs are sent through for your approval before any ink is applied to garments

DIGITAL PRINTING
Visual Workwear also offers digital garment printing, also known as direct to garment printing (DTG), uses special technology to print full colour images directly from the computer to the clothing.
Digital printing is best used for items that require high amounts of detail, and orders of a smaller quantity. The fact that the digital printer does not use screens allows for a photographic print, with much more detail than traditional screen printing. As the ink is applied thinner (to achieve such detail), digital printing is best used on lighter colored shirts to allow the design to shine through. The fact that the design is processed and printed digitally allows for a quantity of one, since there are no screens or physical setup.
